| Where is everyone? |
Physio is very quiet today, in fact Carman is feeling especially lonely when he prepares to do his squats...and there’s not a Squat Squad Buddy to be found! Mark and Jess are both out sick today.
Soon he finds a friend and enjoys Marie-Eve’s company on the treadmill. Here they are giving a wave to Jess, hoping she is back in the Treadmill Room very soon, sporting her red kicks and kickin’ those squats!

Out east our nephew, Tyler, and his team of colleagues at Astral Media are participating in the Movember fundraising event. Mustaches are sprouting out all over the place, across Canada and throughout the world to raise money for and awareness about men’s health issues - in particular prostrate cancer and men’s mental health initiatives.
I found him a great t-shirt for the event. So proud of you!
